JESUS -- THE KING OF MY HEART AND THE HEALER OF HUMANITY -- CARES DEEPLY ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN AMERICA AND THE BROKENNESS IN WASHINGTON, DC
Our Lord and Savior, Jesus -- my best, best friend -- is NOT an impersonal, remote Lord at all -- NOT at all -- rather, Jesus is up-close and personal and compassionate and loving and deeply involved in every detail of our lives. So many religious people out there misrepresent Jesus as a commanding, judgmental God when that is simply not true and is total hogwash, as my Grandad Buddy -- a man of deep faith in Jesus -- would say. Yes, Jesus is full of justice and righteousness and holiness but he is also very sensitive, caring, compassionate, tender and empathic. Remember, Jesus is a teacher and a healer of humanity, and He walks with me, Dr. Diane K. Olson, who is also a teacher and a healer and a social justice minister who loves and cares deeply about humanity. Jesus knows how to heal broken hearts with His all-powerful healing and compassionate touch -- miraculous, loving touch -- and empathy and powerful prayers to our Almighty Heavenly Father. So, we pray today, in Jesus' almighty and compassionate and glorious name, for the restoration and healing of our planet earth and God's people on this planet and throughout America, and we pray that God Almighty puts in place true, compassionate, caring leaders who have genuine faith in Jesus and have integrity and Christ-based visions on behalf of the social welfare of all Americans and care about social justice issues and the healing of our planet. May Lord Jesus' healing and loving energies radiate outward from the Heartland of America and heal every suffering and broken person on this earth and heal the environment and restore compassion, love, faith and integrity to this nation, which is suffering under broken and severely misguided and self-interested leadership.
